Documents That One Should Bring to DAR Office

These are the documents one should bring to DAR to get clearance. Office from time to time issues some guidelines asking some additional documents to get clearance from their office. You are therefore advised to get in touch with the employees of this Office to get an A-1 information about the requirements: 1.Three (c) copies Deed of Conveyance 2. Three (3) copies Certified tax declarations from the City Assessor's Office 3. Three (3) copies of the Owner's Certificate of Title 4. Three (3) copies of Affidavit of Total Landholdings (Transferree) that his total landholdings including the land to be acquired is not more than five (5) hectares 5. three (3) Affidavit of total Landholdings(Transferror) stating that his the land subject of sale is a retention area or a portion of a retention area. 6. Three (3) Certificate of Total Landholdings from the city Assessor (for the Seller) 7. Three (3) Certificate of total landholdings from the City Assessor( for the Buyer) 8 Three (3) Folders and fasteners.

    Would like to know if the "Certificate of total landholdings from the City Assessor( for the Buyer) " I am the buyer and just got my friend to send me the list of requirements in DAR for clearance issuing. Its my first time to process this with my own for the land i buy in palawan. Im currently in manila now and plan to be back in Palawan to process the paper work in DAR to completely the title goes under my name. I really don't understand about that certificate of total land holdings for buyer.

    Actually i don't have any land property under my name. This is first time i buy a 3.2 hectares of land. My question is, where or which Registry of Deeds should i get my Certificate of Total Land Holdings that at the same time my origin town is in Kidapawan City.

    I'm so glad that I found your blogs and in some point I was able to get knowledge on the process of transferring land titles but still I have a lot of questions on my mind.

    I wanted to ask as I am experience some issues on getting a DAR clearance. Actually we get an Agent who is now doing the stuffs but the only thing I didn't understand was that it's been 3 years now or less my Agent didn't finish the processing and she would always told us that until now the DAR clearance is yet released. Is it really that difficult to get the DAR clearance and would took years on waiting for that to be released? Is it really the process? I just want to understand because our Agent can't even explain it in a way we would understand the process.

    I hope you can help me with my concerned.

  8. Question po Sir, maaari po ba akong bumili ng lupa sa isang magsasaka na beneficiary ng DAR meaning awardee po sya ng DAR. Maaari po bang maisalin sa pangalan ko yung kapirasong lupa na nabilin ko sa kanya? At paano po ang proseso nito? Salamat

Anu po ang dapat gawin nmin kc ayaw po kmi isyuhan ng dar clearance s dahilan n ang lupa nmin ay more than 7hectares na ang sakop lng ng agrarian is 5 hectares..ang problema po ngaun ay un ang isa sa mga requirements ng pagpatitulo ng lupa Tpos hindi kmi maisyuhan ng dar..Anu ang dapat nmin gawin kung hindi kmi pwd makakuha ng dar clearance n yan..Panu kmi mkkpagtitulo ng lupa kung yun ang kulang n lng nmin n req..Pls answer my question..
